Vacation Villa in Javea with panoramic view, pool and garden on the Costa Blanca halfway between Alicante and Valencia in Spain for holidays

The main bedroom area ist on the 1st floor and can be locked against the rest of the house. The stairway leads down to the living room. Upun reaching the first floor, there is a small lobby area behind the door, a walk in closet and the master bathroom. A door from the master bathroom leads to a sun terrace / balcony

The bed is an oversized kingsized bed with a hard mattress

The master bedroom can be airconditioned (heated and cooled) by a split cycle aircon . Three windows with a view towards the valley with its orange and almond plantation and the mountains in the distance makes this a bright and lively room

There are two guest bedrooms on the ground fllor. The larger one has direct access to the covered terrace, the garden and the pool. It has a normal sized queen sized bed.

The smaller bedroom has mountain view and a smaller queen sized bed which is more suitable for 2 small children than for 2 adults.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and in the cold period can be heated with electric heaters. Both rooms share the same corridor and a bathroom located next to the smaller bedroom
