Vacation Villa in Javea with panoramic view, pool and garden on the Costa Blanca halfway between Alicante and Valencia in Spain for holidays

The Villa is normally let on a weekly basis with checkins on Saturday from 4 pm and checkouts on Saturdays at 10 am. Only in the low season from approx. Oct to April or for stays exceeding 2 weeks might it be possible to make exceptions to this rule.

Availability can be checked by clicking on the link below. After seeing that your preferred period is free send an e-mail via the contact form or fax and we will confirm booking priority within hours usually. You then will be given a few days to book firmly and transfer a booking deposit of 20 % (or the equivalent in other currencies) of the total. Payment can be made to accounts in Spain, Great Britain, the US, Asia and Continental Europe. The remainder of the payment incl. a security deposit should be made not later than 8 weeks before arrival.

After booking you will get a receipt and a formal confirmation and having made the the final payment you will be furnished with further details, a villa leaflet, address and phone numbers of keyholder and management company etc. In the meantime please ask anything you like to know about Javea and the villa.
